i appreciated the excellent location, just a short distance from the town. a nearby park offered a nice space for relaxation. the owners were friendly, and i felt welcomed . several shops, pubs, and takeaway options were conveniently close.
the cash-only policy created some inconvenience. i prefer using cards for transactions, and it would be beneficial to have card payment options available. this would make the check-in process smoother.

a FULL English breakfast was served, and it kept me satisfied well into the evening. it included traditional items, such as eggs, sausage, and bacon, which gave me the perfect start for my day exploring local attractions.

the hotel provides easy access to the castle. it is also a comfortable walk from the town centre. its central situation helps you explore nearby shops, pubs, and historic sites with minimum travel time. it was GREAT.

The location was very convenient. It was near the city centre.
The owner was quite rude. He, and he asked awkward questions. He seemed interested only in rules and payment.

perfect roomdelicious sausagehelpful owner
i got a standard single room for myself, and it was just perfect for the few nights i was there. the breakfast was great (especially the sausages!). the owner even let me borrow an iron when i needed to press my dress for an event.
the stairs were a little steep for my liking.
